At StarterLibrary, we strive to provide high-quality ready to deploy starter projects. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase - If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Non-Delivery of Product - If you do not receive the download link or access to the item within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us.

Irreparable Technical Issues - If the item has major defects that prevent functionality and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Change of Mind - Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Compatibility Issues - It is your responsibility to check the projects's requirements (e.g., hosting, extensions, dependencies, etc) before purchasing.

Customization Issues - We do not offer refunds if you experience issues related to modifications or third-party integrations.

Downloaded & Used Products - Once an item is downloaded and used, it is ineligible for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

  2. Reason for the refund request
  3. Screenshots or descriptions of any issues encountered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
